The Court Systems Analyst will ensure the operational effectiveness, integrity, and efficiency of the court systems by leading the development and implementation of key systems, including training and ongoing assistance to staff. The role requires an individual who is willing to step in when needed to serve as a part of the team while providing top level customer service and assistance in meeting the needs of the varied divisions within the organization. Primary Objectives Performs complex work supporting and advancing court technology systems, applications, and related business processes. Leads the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of court systems to ensure operational effectiveness, data integrity, and efficient service delivery. Provides project leadership, technical expertise, and user support while collaborating with court leadership and staff to identify needs, implement solutions, and improve the use of court management technology; performs related tasks as apparent or assigned.
