Martin-Ross & Associates is a prestigious local private security company looking to hire certified professional Security Specialists .

We provide comprehensive in-house training to all new employees including, but not limited to, Security Techniques, Defensive Tactics, Verbal Judo, and Report Writing.

Purpose:

• Ensure the client, its associates, facility personnel, patrons and guests are provided with a safe and professional working environment.
• Covering an assignment at a fixed Post, or patrol an area, facility, or Location for the purpose of detecting and preventing individuals or groups from committing acts which are injurious to other individuals or to property.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Detaining individuals for further investigation when circumstances and conditions warrant such action.
• Verifying the security of various properties.
• Locking and unlocking gates and doors as directed.
• Logging maintenance related issues, as directed by Post Orders.
• Monitoring alarm systems and electronic surveillance equipment.
• Reports all incidents of an emergent nature that involve potential damage or injury to any individual within a facility or property.
• Patrolling interior and exterior perimeters of the assigned post.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required for positions(We Train!)
• NV Driver`s License
• Must pass a criminal background
• Ability to obtain a Nevada P.I.L.B. Card
• High School or G.E.D. diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to become armed (Certain posts )
