Reno business with mid to average volume seeks a qualified candidate for a full charge bookkeeper. This full time position plays a critical role at the firm with duties included but not limited to:
*Project based accounting
*Document and update accounting policies
*Ensure all payments are completed on time, including accounts payable and bank deposits
*Full cycle accounts receivable and payable to include collections
*Payroll and HR Admin.
*Coordinate with CPA
*Provide timely Month End and Year end closing
*Prepare weekly, Monthly, Yearly financial reports to owner
The ideal candidate will be a professional with a minimum of five years of proven experience. Comfortable working in a casual atmosphere, yet demanding environment if you are a person that is:
*Self Manager, disciplined and very organized
*Good personality with strong customer skills
*Looking for long term employment
